The European University Announces Annual Student Scientific Conference, which will be held in five stages.

Student scientific conference will be held at the European University, 76 Guramishvili Street, Tbilisi, Georgia
Bachelor and Master Students from other universities are welcomed to participate in the conference!
Participation in the conference is financed by European University. So participants will not pay any Conference fee.
All participants of the conference will be awarded with certificates.

The author of the best work will be awarded a certificate and a prize!

I stage – May 7-11  – Receivieng applications from participants in the conference the title of the student's scientific work and the name and surname of supervisor will be indicated.
II stage - May 11-21 - The letter of expediency from supervisor and the brief annotation of the work in Georgian or English language. 
III stage – May 23 - The master class for registered students: How to prepare a Research Paper.
IV stage -  June 4  -Submitting the completed scientific paper with the organizational committee (The authors of the best works of faculty conference will participate from European University). 
V stage -  June 15 -  The Conference - Public presentation of scientific papers, exposing and awarding the winners of the conference.

The Conference is not limited to receiving the works, so those who interested in participating in the conference, along with the scientific supervisors, have full freedom in choosing a topic of study.

Conference abstracts should be presented according with the appropriate academic standards (all works will be checked with the program TURNITIN).

Timeframe of the conference:
 

The works will be evaluated by the staff composed of experts according to the evaluation criteria.

It will work 3 Sections: 

1.    Health Care/Medicine
2.    Tourism, Business and Economics an IT Technologies
3.    Law, Humanitarian and Social Sciences (Education, Phycology, International Relations etc.)

The maximum that research papers can be gained are 40 points.

Evaluation criteria: 

1.    The importance of the research topic / issue,  research novelty and innovation,formulation of research problem - 10 points
2.    The research objectives - 10 points
3.    Research Methodology - 10 points
4.    Conclusion. Scientific value of research results and / or potential practical application of research results - 10 points

The Articles of the Conference will be published in the university edition - Student Scientific Papers 2019 if they will gain more than 31 points. 
The submission of the article is held till June 4, 2019

The structure of the conference report (article):

Article (3 - 5 pages), el-version.
Title (Times New Roman= 14 / B),
Authors and the name of the university (= 12)
Author's email addresses
Abstract  in the language of the article, keywords.
1. Introduction. 2. The main part. 3. Conclusion, 4. References (in English).
Summary (in English 150 words).
Technical requirements: MS Word, A4-format. fields 2.5 cm, text=11, distance between lines = 1.15), Graphical material JPG, GIF and BMP.
