On October 7-10, 2017, the prorector of European University - Gocha Tutberidze and the Head of the International Relations Department - Lasha Chakhvadze, visited Dąbrowa Górnicza University of Poland. Within the visit they attended the conference called "Higher Education Interationalization".

A memorandum of Cooperation was signed by the European University and Dąbrowa Górnicza University of Poland. In addition, a contract was concluded by the Wrocław University of Poland and European University, which means giving the joint diplomas in the future. European University also has established ties with other foreign universities participating in the conference.
