The Judge of Miami (State of Florida, the USA), Mr. Mark Speiser is in European University by the special invitation. He will perform one-week intensive series of lectures in the US Constitution for the students of the faculty of Law of the University. It is known that the US Constitution is one of the oldest in the world among the current constitutions. Accordingly, the mentioned lectures will be very interesting and important for the Georgian students in the context of comparative analysis. Mr. Speiser visited the University last year and delivered the lectures about the Juries for the students of the faculty of Law. The meeting was held at the Supreme Court of Georgia where Mr. Mark answered the questions of the Georgian judges. The meeting was also organized in the Georgian Bar Association. There are planned Mr. Speiser’s visits in prisons within the scope of current event.
