On April 24, 2018, ISM (Inovation System Management) organized a meeting between the EBSCO representative and its partner universities in the presidential library. The main topic of the event was "The importance of the use of international bases in modern university circles".

Within the meeting, the head of European University library has spoken about the importance and use of the EBSCO base in the university, for which the European University was named as a result-oriented example. European University and EBSCO has signed the agreement on April 2, 2018. At the end of the meeting, the university delegates were awarded certificates.
