On April 3, 2018, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between European University and Sighnaghi Municipality Self-Goverment. Within the framework European University will fund the study fee for the best school-leavers from Sighnaghi district for four years.

In addition, the university takes responsibility to prepare qualified proffesionals, to encourage talented students, to support and develop their capabilities. Furthermore, in order to pursuit the needs of the labor market requirements, continuously develop the quality of education.
